At 5'10½", the Steinway Model L holds a unique place in the history of Steinway & Sons. No longer in production, the Model L is cherished for bringing the depth, richness, and expressive character of a larger Steinway grand into a more intimate size.

Manufactured circa 2003, Serial No. 564097, this particular Model L was created as a special request at the Steinway & Sons factory. Its painted marble-effect finish features layers of cream and pearl tones, carefully painted to evoke the natural movement and veining of marble.
