Thank you for your interest in renting our concert hall at Steinway Piano Gallery of Fresno. We are honored to provide a professional space for your recital or event. To ensure clarity and care for our space, instruments, and guests, please carefully review the following rental agreement and terms of use:
Rental Fee: $350 for a 2-hour reservation
Capacity: Seats 65–75 guests (adjusted as needed for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.)
* Use of our temperature-controlled concert hall
* One grand piano provided by Steinway Piano Gallery of Fresno
* Piano will be tuned prior to the event at no additional cost
Space Access:
Rental includes use of the concert hall only.
Access to private teaching studios and classroom pianos is not permitted.
Use of showroom pianos is strictly prohibited. These instruments are for display and purchase only.
Arrival & Departure:
Renters may arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before their reservation start time for setup.
The space must be completely cleared by the end of the 2-hour reservation.
Food & Beverages:
Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed in the concert hall, showrooms, or any other part of the facility.
Supervision & Conduct:
Renters are responsible for the supervision and respectful behavior of all students, guests, and attendees.
Children must be supervised at all times. Running, climbing, or touching inventory without permission is not allowed.
Damage Liability:
The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the facility, piano, showroom pianos, or property during the rental time from their guests/ students.
Payment & Reservation:
Full payment of $350 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Payment acknowledges full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Marketing & Signage:
Renters may not use the Steinway name/logo in marketing their event without written approval.
No signage may be taped or attached to walls or glass without permission.
Staffing:
Steinway staff will not be responsible for event coordination, ushering, or sound equipment management during your event.
* Bring your own programs, signage (on easels), and event volunteers.
* If you require extra time for setup or tear down, additional time must be booked in advance.
* Leave the space clean and as you found it.
By submitting payment, you agree to the above terms and acknowledge your responsibility in using our space respectfully and professionally.
